For Sentry's Phonewall 20™ telecommunications security appliance, I designed a Web-based GUI which was served from the appliance's onboard web server. This GUI used HTML forms and custom CGI and Java applets to allow the user to configure the Phonewall 20™, view real-time call traffic and create reports of historical call activity. I designed the HTML "framework" and provided overall graphic and GUI design including form design, colour, system icons, and typography. In addition to implementing the HTML and graphical aspects, I specified GUI designs for custom Java applets and created and ran GUI usability tests. I integrated Javascripts for dynamic display conditions and form field validation.
